Haribhai. V. Desai College of Arts, Science and Commerce is an institution of “The Poona Gujarati Kelvani Mandal” , our parent institution is an educational and charitable institution established in 1928.

The Management intends to develop human resource with right skills and positive attitude. The Management endeavors to inculcate such qualities amongst students which help them meet rapidly changing global challenges.

The college has the state of art infrastructure which includes spacious and well ventilated classrooms, well equipped laboratories, computer centre and Central library. The rooms are well furnished, well lit and air. All the departments in the college have Seminar hall which is well equipped to be used for various academic and extracurricular activities.
